Volunteer Application for
Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival

In order to consider your request to volunteer for this year's Delaware Valley Bluegrass Festival, we require that you fill out and submit the form below. We must have your full name and address and, at minimum, either a phone number or email address at which we can reach you - preferably both.

In submitting this application, you are acknowledging that:

• You agree to work a total of six (6) hours in exchange for a complimentary weekend pass to the festival. In nearly all cases, this means three (3) shifts of two (2) hours each.
• You understand that volunteer shifts are allotted on a first come/first served basis, and that we may not be able to guarantee you the type of work and/or the shift(s) you request
• If you do not report for any shift(s) assigned to you, you will not be permitted to volunteer in subsequent years

After you have successfully submitted the information requested in the form below, you will receive an email confirming your application (if you provided an email address), your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted by one of our volunteer coordinators. Please be sure that your contact information is correct - if we cannot contact you, we cannot confirm your acceptance as a volunteer. DO NOT show up at the festival expecting to be on the volunteer list if you have not received specific acceptance from one of our volunteer coordinators.
